Zaahin Haalim

Haalim is an extremely gentle mare with a superb pedigree filled with champions, including Bey Ninja, Bey Shah, MS Santana, and Bask++. As a yearling, she placed 1st in the Southern Colorado Region 8 Purebred Yearling Fillies Class. Van Nostern Arabians and Strands Arabians have both had her in training in Western Pleasure. Van Nostern showed her in Region 8 where she placed 2nd in Western Pleasure Junior Horse Mares as a 3-year-old. She was also the 3-year-old Western Pleasure Snaffle Bit Futurity Class Reserve Champion at the Class A Fall Show. After producing a beautiful black colt by the multi-national halter and saddle champion Opus One, One Midnite Dream, Haalim went into Hunt Seat training in Washington State with Tracy Whalen. Since her return to Iowa, Haalim has consistently placed in the TOP FIVE in Class A shows and fun shows.
